Who I am

This website is run by Asher Dawson Boyce, trading as ADB Coaching, based in the UK. I'm responsible for your personal data. To contact me, message @asherdawsonboyce on Instagram.

What I collect

• Email address, if you sign up to my emails, plus which tool you signed up from (for example the calorie calculator).
• Coaching application details, if you apply through the application form. That form is a separate Google Form.
• Technical data such as your IP address, held in standard server logs by my hosting provider, Cloudflare.

The numbers you enter into the calculator, quiz and split finder are processed in your browser to show your result. I don't receive or store them.

Why, and my legal basis

I use your email address to send you training and nutrition emails. My legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Your email address is stored with Kit (kit.com), my email provider, and your IP address may be handled by Cloudflare. Both may process data outside the UK. I don't sell your data.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also message me to have your data deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to how I use it, or to withdraw consent. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
